The brief for Lancaster City Council was to provide imagery to promote the city of Lancaster with concentration on new infrastructure, historic landmarks or prime locations in and around the city.
The new bypass was a long exposure shot at night as was Heysham Port to create strong imagery. Schedules for the shoot changed until the weather was fine and the blossom was out. Being local to Lancaster, Morecambe and Heysham and having good knowledge of the area meant I could cover good ground and was able to break up a days shoot into three parts to achieve a good variety of images (night, day, good weather etc).
